YellowDog has been involved with food brands for decades. In 2020, we decided to launch an idea that’s been in the works for years. We called it The Real Kitchen – a recipe-driven website where particular brands are at the forefront, instead of being hidden.

Every home has a chef waiting to be discovered. The Real Kitchen shows you how to use spices and seasonings to make fresh meals that are tasty and budget-friendly. We aim to help you make REAL fresh meals for REAL life. Our recipes are easy to prepare, delicious, nutritious, and best of all – they fit your budget.
The Real Kitchen is more than just about great recipes – we’re about the brands utilized to make the recipe a success. While products may be similar from one brand to another, there are usually some factors involved that the recipe developer specifically had in mind when creating the recipe. Our goal is to retain the integrity of the recipe and call out the exact brands associated with the recipe ingredients.

We are new and unique to the online recipe landscape, and we offer a contemporary platform of business. First and foremost, we have our sponsors’ best interest in mind. Our platform is simple – every recipe has ingredients. Every ingredient is associated with a brand.
Our goal is to bring the brands associated with our recipe ingredients to the forefront and build consumer awareness for your product and brand. When a recipe calls for a specific ingredient, we make sure that ingredient has a brand name attached. As you can see from our initial series of videos, we have showcased Weber® Seasonings, Tones®, and Member’s Mark™ brands throughout. We show the product, packaging, and labels in our videos. Additionally, we call them out in the audio and identify the ingredient brands in the text of our recipes.
